Easy to buy a truck impossible to get the warranty work Paid almost $60K for a truck where the tow package is defective. Took to Ken Graff Service (Ahmad Sayah my "Service Adviser") The truck was out of ser Paid almost $60K for a truck where the tow package is defective. Took to Ken Graff Service (Ahmad Sayah my "Service Adviser") The truck was out of service for 3 days and returned without the repairs. When I complained Ahmad told me to call Chrysler. I received a text from Ahmad a few days later asking about my experience. After my replay indicating my dissatisfaction I have heard nothing from Ken Garff for over 30 days now. I purchase the truck specifically for towing and can not use it. My Dodge is parked while I make phone call after phone call trying to talk to someone willing to help me. I am towing using my 2001 Ford and regret my Ken Garff experience. I guess I will take the Dodge to someone who knows what they are doing and remember that Ken Garff's interest in customer satisfaction is limited to TV advertising rhetoric. More
