Terrible customer service. Made an appointment took my new car for a warranty service. They had the vehicle all day. Never called to update me or tell me when it was done. I called them at the end of the new car for a warranty service. They had the vehicle all day. Never called to update me or tell me when it was done. I called them at the end of the day and was told it was ready. When I arrived it was not ready they had removed two interior parts and said they had to order them and they would be a couple of day. Went home very frustrated. Called two days later the parts were not in. Called 5 days later they said the paste were in but they were too busy to replace them. Had me schedule a new appointment for the following week. I initiated every phone call they never updated me once. Now they will have my car for two full days. The parts they ordered leave the interior lights on inside the Jeep running the battery out. They have terrible customer service. Do t use them. More
