This dealership lied to my daughter about her service and tried to take advantage of her because of young age. I will never ever use Ken Garff West Valley Dodge for the servicing of my vehicles including o tried to take advantage of her because of young age. I will never ever use Ken Garff West Valley Dodge for the servicing of my vehicles including our 2017 Dodge Hellcat. However, David Tran and Little Dave are fantastic!!!! Will consider buying from them again!!!! More

The good: Nice folks that are friendly and accommodating. No games when it came to pricing. Sales folks were patient and nice. The bad: The Wrangler we eventually purchased had almost 600 more miles on it No games when it came to pricing. Sales folks were patient and nice. The bad: The Wrangler we eventually purchased had almost 600 more miles on it than advertised on Garff website. I highly doubt that there was that many miles for test drives in the one week it was offered for sale. One Wrangler we looked at advertised 25 miles had over 1000 miles on the odometer. If you buy here beware of additional surprise miles on the vehicle when compared to advertised mileage. More
