We asked them to check the engine air filter. When we questioned them at pickup we were told that the service tech is very good and would have said if air filter needed changing. We checked it when we got home and it was a filthy black mess. We asked them to reset the “perform service” message. They didn’t even look at it. We researched it on our own, after the fact. Makes us wonder if they really changed the oil like they said they did. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation This was my first service since I bought this vehicle in October. I took my car down this afternoon and was dealing with Sonya Smith and she handled m This was my first service since I bought this vehicle in October. I took my car down this afternoon and was dealing with Sonya Smith and she handled my oil change really well and the service was terrific and fast and was done very professionally and done quickly. The paperwork was done really good and it took just over an hour. On my next service date I will definitely look up Sonya to handle my car. More
Scheduling Service On Line/Social Distancing I received an email from Chad Crane about scheduling service and made the call. Tried twice and both times was put on hold and eventually got a ring I received an email from Chad Crane about scheduling service and made the call. Tried twice and both times was put on hold and eventually got a ring that rang many time before going to a busy signal. I used the web link to schedule and found it not to be very user friendly and got eventually to a list of recommended services that I might want done. When I arrived for the appointment, Lucas was very helpful to sort out what I probably did not need and instead left it to the mechanic to ID potential problems. The mechanic, Austin, sent me a narrated video of all of the things he saw that needed attention, which for a 10 year old truck was not surprising, but ended up being very costly. My disappointment came when I picked up the truck to see that even though I just spent ALOT of money for repairs that they did not even bother to wash it. The narrative on the phone message while I was waiting on my call was very specific about the CDC guidelines that were being followed. Did not see any service person wearing a mask! At least they covered my seats with plastic and removed it before I got in and the person that returned it to me was wearing gloves. More
