WARNING AVOID THIS DEALER. this dealer not only tried to rip me off in the sale. There service is beyond ridiculous. I go there for repairs and service. With the bays all empty. With 12 people in there little booths. I get bounced from one to another with nobody speaking to me except to push me to the next guy. All while nobody is doing anything. So after being pushed to the fourth guy. And him just sitting there saying nothing. For 15 min I walk out the door. I call to speak with a manager 4 times. I got nothing. Not one dam response. Just like the service center. Must be in there training there.. if you value your time your money. And want an overall good experience go anywhere but ken garf. Were customer service means nothing. We are always taken care of at Ken Garff West Valley Dodge. We don’t have to visit too often though, because my Chrysler 300 that I purchased from them in 2012 is a wonderful car.
