My wife was the one that took the car in because I had to be at work since I am a teacher. I have NEVER had a problem with Ken Garff Teacher Care. Until now. The service tech acted like she had no idea what my wife was talking about and was saying she needed the coupon. I had given the coupon the last time I was in because it's good for 2 TIMES a year. Then she said maybe it had expired. No, no no. They expire at the end of every year in AUGUST and then we always get now ones. The exact wordage: Complimentary: 2 Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Car Washes. Value: $120 One vehicle per contract. All services must be used in two visits. Expires 8/31/2021 The service tech didn't do anything and after a half an hour of waiting my wife took her Jeep that hadn't been pulled in or even looked at and she was the first appointment of the day! She left and went elsewhere. How do you not know your own services, programs, or discounts? More
