Service department is terrible. 1st visit for a low tire as I literally was driving away from the dealership after purchase. Made an appointment then was told I would have to leave my vehicle for a day or as I literally was driving away from the dealership after purchase. Made an appointment then was told I would have to leave my vehicle for a day or reschedule. I rescheduled only to be told there was nothing wrong. Drove to les schwab who found a very noticeable bolt and fixed it for free. 2nd visit was for my oil change. I asked to change my cabin filter. The tech told me my year and model doesn't have one. Went to O'Reilly bought a cabin filter and changed it myself. 3rd visit. They found an oil leak from my oil change. Turns out to be the oil pan (wasn't leaking before) told I would have my truck back in 3-4 days. It's now two weeks later and I'm told they hadn't even pulled it into the shop. Needless to say 3rd test a charm. I won't be taking my vehicle back for any further warranty work which I paid a ridiculous amount for. More
Jimmy Zeimit was great to work with. He made sure all my requests were satisfied and had my service completed before my official appointment because I dropped my Jeep off before the appointment time. Because I am 100 Years old and a long term customer Jimmy is always concerned with my needs and promptly determines what is needed and makes sure I am comfortable while waiting for service to be done. in t is always concerned with my needs and promptly determines what is needed and makes sure I am comfortable while waiting for service to be done. in todays service it required a full days time and Jimmy kept me up to date on delays etc (needed parts). xxxx NO, NEVER AGAIN. Took one of my fleet van in and had it inspected. Figured it would have been covered by the warranty but wasn't because the van was modified to hold a wheelchair so had to pay $100 had it inspected. Figured it would have been covered by the warranty but wasn't because the van was modified to hold a wheelchair so had to pay $100.00 evaluation fee. As I was trying to explain that the service writer should have known right in the beginning that it wasn't covered a supervisor I guess came over and said... "I'll just VIN out your van and cancel the rest of your warranty." If that wasn't enough the service writer brought the van out and was a total xxxxx to me. NEVER AGAIN TO ANY KEN GARFF DEALERSHIPS & I have a fleet of vans. Oh and on top of all that, they kept my van for 4 days..... More
