Both times I have taken my car in to get an oil change they have screwed it up. Same mistake both times, you would think they’d learn how to do it right. After they had screwed up on my car and it was smoking very badly with the check engine light on(wasn’t there before I took it in) a mechanic came over to help me, did some things with his little device and then just WALKED AWAY. Didn’t say a single word to me and just left, I was just standing there like hello? Is my car good can I leave? Stood there for about 15 minutes and realized he wasn’t coming back. Finally got to talk to a manger who helped me, but overall awful experience. I am 100% not going back and would never recommend this place to my friends. More

I made a appointment by phone speaking to a live person, I received a Gmail with a different date and time. I called the dealership and advised of the wrong date/time. When I arrived for my appointment, they had the incorrect time/date still. It took the service person over 10 minutes to pull up my info, I've been taking my car to the same dealership for 16 years. She told me the system only has works half the time and they would "try" to fit me in. I said no try, they would do my oil change as requested 5 days prior. after the oil change, the service person came and told me my car was ready but after going to the garage, no one could find my car!!!!! After speaking with about 4 different people and waiting another 15 minutes my car was finally found. I broke my back 4 years ago and standing for long periods of time is very painful and I use a cane and have a handicap sticker on my car. I asked for the manager and spoke with Chad who was very apologetic. The service has greatly dropped in the past 16 years, which 3 employees verbally attested. The only reason I keep going to this dealership is because I am a VIP customer and get a great discount on my oil change. More
Service department is terrible. 1st visit for a low tire as I literally was driving away from the dealership after purchase. Made an appointment then was told I would have to leave my vehicle for a day or as I literally was driving away from the dealership after purchase. Made an appointment then was told I would have to leave my vehicle for a day or reschedule. I rescheduled only to be told there was nothing wrong. Drove to les schwab who found a very noticeable bolt and fixed it for free. 2nd visit was for my oil change. I asked to change my cabin filter. The tech told me my year and model doesn't have one. Went to O'Reilly bought a cabin filter and changed it myself. 3rd visit. They found an oil leak from my oil change. Turns out to be the oil pan (wasn't leaking before) told I would have my truck back in 3-4 days. It's now two weeks later and I'm told they hadn't even pulled it into the shop. Needless to say 3rd test a charm. I won't be taking my vehicle back for any further warranty work which I paid a ridiculous amount for. More
