Carlos our sales rep was very good, showed us the cars available with the color and interior we wanted though without AWD; price and trade in negotiations were clear; we were twice assured a trade in val available with the color and interior we wanted though without AWD; price and trade in negotiations were clear; we were twice assured a trade in value; however the process of trading in our car was not as described. After signing for the new car we learned the trade in value of our existing car was $500 less than written commitment. Unfortunately we had already signed a contract for the new car. We were misled by the finance people. We won’t consider VW SouthTowne when we replace our second car this summer and I doubt anyone there cares we’re out $500. More

I was asked to check for any scratches before I left the lot however I didn’t see any due to the weather so I took it home and when it dried off I noticed surface scratches on the left front door I brought it back this morning and frankly expected a hassle to get it repaired but to my surprise they took it right back and resolved the issue. I love my Taos so far it has exceeded my expectations and so has Volkswagen So. Town I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone. More
