I was a first time car buyer. I had been looking for the longest time and going to dealerships who offered me the greatest car, pulled my credit then downgraded me to the crappiest car on the lot and expect longest time and going to dealerships who offered me the greatest car, pulled my credit then downgraded me to the crappiest car on the lot and expected me to pay the same price. I was so frustrated because my credit score dropped drastically and I still had no car. I filled out the email for a sales agent to call me when office was opened, and Johnny ended up calling me while I was at the VW dealership in southe town. Long story short, I just decided to stop in and talk to Johnny for a little bit and he ended up getting me into a car. The thing I loved the most is that I was able to tell Johnny that I don't want to look at cars and get my hopes up and not get the car I wanted, I wanted him to look at my numbers and get me into a car. That's just what he did. And now I have my 2009 Toyota Prius in which I love so much! Definately would recommend this dealership and Johnny to any one of my friends! They're awesome! More

Disappointing. I was promised to look at a functional used Car, But was greeted by a hunk of sheit, that was non-functional, broken, in total disappointment. Awesome experience buying my new Jetta GLI! I called from out of state, told them I wanted the car, they pulled it off the lot immediately so it would be there when I arrived. They kept the dealership open past business hours so that I could make the 5 hour drive that day to buy the car. The salesman, Burke, was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. He really made sure I was excited about the car and realized what it could do. While waiting to go down to the finance department he brought out fresh warm cookies and we took the car on a test drive. When in the finance department they were very clear as to what each document I was signing meant to help get rid of that "What did I just do...?" moment, instead I came out of financing confident and with a smile! I love my new ride and would definitely recommend purchasing from Ken Garff Volkswagen!!!! More

We bought our 2012 VW Passat TDI SEL Premium over the phone from Bill McDearman. He was honest, efficient, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We drove 520 miles to pick up our new car. Paperwork took 5 min. Bill personally taught us the car features and even helped us find a local hotel. And, we love our new car. We drove home the next day, averaging 80 to 85 mph and got 36.5 mpg. We also had an 1/8 of a tank when we got home. This VW reminds me of my 1991 Audi 200. I love having German Engineering under my right foot again. Thank you VW and Bill McDearman on a job well done!
