My first oil change was fine, they recommended other jobs to be repaired I declined, my second oil change they said it would take it least two hrs. So I waited 10 minutes later they said I needed an alinemen to be repaired I declined, my second oil change they said it would take it least two hrs. So I waited 10 minutes later they said I needed an alinement. They would take 4 hrs. I declined. 15 minutes later they said my car was ready, wow only 30 minutes. The bad news the next morning I had oil on garage floor. I looked to see where it was leaking and found that the drain plug was only finger tight. Then I checked my coolant they did not top off, they filled windshield washer container with water! I will no longer go back to that place, and I will recommend people to find some other place...bad...bad...bad! More
I am beyond disappointed. I have left multiple voicemails for the service manager and have yet to receive a call back regarding my toyota 4-runner that was in the shop to have my alignment, oil ch voicemails for the service manager and have yet to receive a call back regarding my toyota 4-runner that was in the shop to have my alignment, oil change and rotation done. The only thing that happened was my oil change. I had to take my truck to another service center only to be told that my alignment was never done. I am not expecting a refund for the oil, but my alignment that I had to pay another shop to do. I never post anything bad about anyone. It's not in me to do so. However, when I don't receive ANY call back is unacceptable. I have been so loyal to Toyota of the Desert and I have lost all faith. My cousin brought his truck in to get done and his belly pan was not put back on. Service has completely gone down and I understand that there are shortages on quality employees, but to NOT do my alignment at all is not acceptable. Nothing has been done to make it right other than avoiding me. The more I am avoided, the more upset I get. Never again. More
First of all, what is the point of an appointment if I have to wait 2.5 hours? Ok. I waited. Two hours and 45 minutes later my truck is still in line to go the the shop. Service tech tells me it's next an have to wait 2.5 hours? Ok. I waited. Two hours and 45 minutes later my truck is still in line to go the the shop. Service tech tells me it's next and going back in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later still hasn't moved. I have a 2021 truck I bought from this location and still cannot anything resembling decent service. I will not buy from them again. More
I 100% recommend Toyota of the desert to everyone!!! Especially Charlie and his team who help me get me into what I wanted!!!! There amazing and the best team ever!!! They are amazing and awesome!! Nice enough but after accepting the "upsell" for filters for 20,000 mile service, we waited four hours. We were early for our scheduled appointment. The customer service I was provided by Ibrahim L. was fantastic. Despite the inconvenience of the water being shut down and not being able to get my complimentary car wash (really not a big deal), or the fantastic. Despite the inconvenience of the water being shut down and not being able to get my complimentary car wash (really not a big deal), or the issue with the Maintenance Required light, I was treated with respect and compassion. Ibrahim went out of his way to make me feel validated and that I mattered. He assisted me with making sure I got the full benefits of my package. He corrected the issue with the light himself, rather than calling someone else to do it. He providing me with his extension if I had any other issues. I gave you the best possible rating because of the excellent customer service Ibrahim provided to me today. More
