Ran my credit without me knowing or even being there. My wife went looking to see if there was any opportunity to trade in our car and get a little nicer one. During her time there she was working with Erasamo, who for the most part he was nice enough but seemed uninterested in working with us to make a deal on a old Highlander that has been sitting on your lot for months (I found that surprising but now understand why it is still there). He took the time to drive my wife and kids to my work in the car to let me see it which was very nice of him but when I mentioned offers for our trade in an attempt to see if you would match he said, "well you should sell it there" without blinking an eye or saying another word.. Really? I was also really surprised that the car when brought to my work looked as though it had been in multiple accidents with both the front and back bumper splitting at the ends and a large grind mark on the back passenger rim. What upset me about this interaction was not his unwillingness to make a deal, his lose, but was the fact that he got my information from my wife and ran my credit without informing my wife, informing me, having me sign anything or even being there... Isn't this illegal in some way? should I know he wasn't going to give us the deal I wanted, I would not have had him run my credit and in turn, lowering my score. this is very unprofessional and I hope that he does not do it again. More

Upon arrival I was advised that it would take around two and a half hours for the service as the dealership was busy. I told the adviser that I had made an appointment but it did not matter. I left without the service. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is as they could not honor their commitment. I went to Firestone in Cathedral City and couldn't be happier. More
Toyota Care sent Pride Towing and Recovery of Irvine (Lupe) Toyota Care sent an incompetent technician to start my Highlander 2014 in my garage. 1-27-16 He totally disabled the SUV. Fried the fuses and killed Toyota Care sent an incompetent technician to start my Highlander 2014 in my garage. 1-27-16 He totally disabled the SUV. Fried the fuses and killed the battery. I called AAA and they towed it into Toyota of the Desert in Cathedral City, CA. Adrian Meza, Service Consultant was very understanding and caring. They repaired my SUV and I paid $360 as the damage was not under warranty. I understood this and paid. Then submitted a claim to Toyota Care for repayment. At first the third party denied my claim but after speaking to the supervisor it was honored and I have been repaid. All Happy Now, thank you Adrian Meza! Brenda More

What's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it. Total waste of time. Guess I'll try Firestone. I hear they honor their commitments. More

The car i wanted wasn't there, just classic bait and switch. No biggie I figure some of these models are similar. But they then proceeded to take 5 hours to end up offering me 1/3rd of the original trade in appraisal price and refused to budge at all. I guess they thought I wouldn't leave when offered such a terrible deal. Don't waste your time with these clowns and definitely don't believe what they tell you over the phone, they are outright lying to get you to come in so they can waste your time. More

I have been trying to reach with Gen Manager Anthony Caridi, 5 calls 5 emails still no answer I guess the customer service is inherited in that dealership...my checklist to be checked by dealer prior to delivery was never filled out, wiper were stuck to windshield, and a dent on roof.....not a good experience, but the gull and lack of care from these individuals is worse.
