This dealer doesn't want to do business. Called from out of state about a used car. 1. Took two trips (two phone calls) from salesman to manager 2. Didn't want to discuss trade-in because some came in misreported in condition (this was a brand new vehicle with Manheim condition report) 3. Didn't want to buy from a dealer to save customer $3500 in state sales tax 4. Every answer was "no" with no questions asked of the customer. Total isolation of decision maker from customer. Concluded manager just doesn't care about profit or sales. More

I would not recommend buying a car here from RICHARD. I have never in my life been treated this low. He was disrespectful, degrading, belittling and ignorantly rude to say the least. He was clearly sexist as well, so ladies, do NOT shop with him if you want to be treated fairly. Had someone witnessed this disgusting attitude and disrespectful tone on any employee toward a customer, they would have been fired on the spot without a doubt. It's a shame I hadn't thought to record it. To literally shout at two women in a showroom is disgusting and unprofessional. He immediately came at us with an attitude and never tried to be understanding, so I am led to believe he was prejudiced against us before our conversation began - Good luck trusting someone like this in buying a car. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from Richard and his pathetic used car lot. The men at the new car lot were very helpful and sincere. Thanks guys for trying to turn this around. Then I took it stadium Nissan at city of orange " about 60 miles away to Mark Avila, he treated me like an old friend, they gave me a loaner and a week later I got my car back with a new sensor, no more radar sensor obstruction and the car is working perfect. I feel I found a new friend, someone that I can trust. More
