Dishonest and Poor Record Keeping I have had mostly positive experiences with the ford house now it has come time for service. Early after I bought my for escape I Started having issues with a check engine light. I took it in for warranty service and was told it was a small vacuum leak. To small to identify and find, so we just reset your light. overtime I've had it in for service, not often as I do most of my own basic maintenance, they have been very kind and reset the light, complimentary. Now the rub, they never recorded the complimentary reset of the light today my car quit in the middle of the road, Same issue now just worse but lucky for them now its not under warranty, and this little leak that was to small for them to find is going to cost me $300 dollars to repair; and conveniently for them they didn't record the many other times they just reset the service engine light. As a business owner customer satisfaction is paramount I cannot even imagine treating a client like this. I MAY use a Ford dealership again for service work but it will never be ST GEORGE Ford.
