Not sure what you want from me? I see no reason to deal with you at all. I took my Aviator to a Grease xxxxxx facility for the oil change it needed, no waiting and only took about 30 minutes. I just got another service center mailing from you guys again the other day and right there in bold print "no appointment necessary" for oil changes. The other xx, won't install a trailer brake controller unless it's made by Lincoln? 'Gimme a god xxxx break, that is a routine necessity if you want to use the factory tow package on the vehicle. Ken Garff Ford in American Fork installed the brake controller in my 2018 Explorer Platinum even though it came from Larry Miller in South Jordan after I had similar "we won't do that" response from their maintenance department. So this crap is very much a dealer issue and from the feedback you guys have, I can see that I'm not the only "customer" with similar thoughts. My next door neighbor has had it with you as well. He brought is Ford Diesel pickup in the a pump rebuild and injectors. You guys charged him about $7000 and the exhaust system wasn't even hooked back up when he went to get the truck. But he still kept coming back until the other day when he took his wife's Explorer in to have the tires rotated and your happy impact wrench jar head spun all the lug nuts when he reinstalled the wheels. Without that stupid cover, the nuts are all undersized and cannot be removed with conventional means. I went to Big O for new wheels and tires and the way he was talking the other night, I very seriously doubt you'll ever see him again. So what's the excuse? What's the fix? The first move ought to be that the Service Manager needs to find a new job. About six of those mechanics who were standing around bull xxxxting with the Service Writer when I walked in to ask about the trailer brake controller, ought to be right behind him on is way out the door. You got a bad news attitude problem in that place and having sold cars for a living at one point, I know that a crappy Service Department is going to close the doors of that dealership if it stays the way it is now.
