I brought the car into the dealership 3 times in the past couple of months stressing that I planned to go on a very long trip. At the 15000 mile service, they said the car was ready for the trip. The communication in setting up my service appointment was not great, but the tech was helpful when I showed up with my Leaf. If I could rate this with a lower rating I would. I have never gone online to rate anything before, positive or negative, and have thought about this for 6 months. I have gone to Ken Garff Nissan several times now and every experience I have had has been horrible. They could not have worse communication, more incompetent workers, or more lazy staff. The management is just as bad as the minimum wage workers. In my experience their words have never been backed up by actions, and to everyone who has mentioned this dealership to me I have advised to not waste their time and energy by going. Please, please, choose somewhere else to go. The only positive part of all of my experiences here was the "taxi driver" available to give rides while you don't have your car. Wilson is wonderful, has such a positive attitude, and is such a hard worker. He deserves so many good things. More
