Ken Garff Orem is terrible. They told me i had an appointment at 7am but when i got there, i had no appointment. When I brought it up, the service rep said he didn’t care. I said I would not be back and he said he didn’t care. Nice. He charged me for an oil change, despite the fact that i had purchased 3 oil changes last month. Really great customer service… NOT More

The dealership is good. The price for my repairs was unreasonable and seems I was double billed for labor. I brought the car into the dealership 3 times in the past couple of months stressing that I planned to go on a very long trip. At the 15000 mile service, they said the car was ready for the trip. Yesterday, couple of months stressing that I planned to go on a very long trip. At the 15000 mile service, they said the car was ready for the trip. Yesterday, I brought the car in for a slow leak in one of the tires which was resolved without issue. However, without any comment from the service department, there was a note indicating that wheel alignment is recommended. More
