Arrived for morning for the Advantage Service for car. Priced right for oil, filter, rotation, inspection and car wash. David was polite and professional, gave me times and when checking in had a tire from my boat trailer that had a screw in it. I was planning to take to Les Swab after to get fixed. I mentioned it to David and he said that they would be able to fix in and there would not be a charge. I was excited to not have to make another stop and it would help me get on my way. I was offered a shuttle and decided to wait in the waiting room for everything to be completed. After 45 minutes I was pleased to hear that my car was ready and they had fixed my tire. I left happy with the service and the time saved, however: it all turned sour when I got home and opened the back of my Rouge hatch. The back lift gate panel fell out of the car. I caught it and wondered why it was off, did they fix a bulb I had out in my tail lights? Then I noticed the Brake light access cover was also off and looked at they side cover had separated partly with black marks. When I moved the Back cover panel I looked at the tire that had been fixed, it was not!! The tire bead was sticking out like a blow out, 1/4 of the tire edge bead was being cut into the rim. I took pictures, put the car back together then called David, he listened and said he would contact upper management, they would investigate who and they would call me. I went to Les Swab tire center, they showed me the tire was ruined. The bead and edge of tire separated and cut from the rim. I called, David was not there left message, had to get tire fixed, so I had Les Swab replace, it cost me $165.00 out of pocket. So what started as a great 5 star experience dropped to 1 Star.....If they call me back and reimburse me for the tire, then I would give it a better rating. I hope to hear from them. I still have pictures and the bad tire to give to them....Dont know who service the tire and through it into my but they need to show like that person cares....Just waiting for a call. More

Yesterday I took my car in to get a recall on it fixed. I arrived at 10am. My appointment was at 10:15. I checked in and told them I would wait because it said on the recall notice that it only takes 2 h I arrived at 10am. My appointment was at 10:15. There is a big window in the waiting area where you can see what they are working on. I could not see where my car. Finally at about 1:15 my car was parked right so in front of the window. The hood was popped but not open and NO ONE was doing anything to it. At 2 pm I went in and asked they guy if they had even done the work on it. Sh couldn’t find the ticket so he went back to ask. He came back and gave me a bull s… story that they have to update the computer and it was going really slow. I told him that seems a little weird. I went back to the waiting area and the hood was up with a little black box hooked to the computer. It took MAYBE 2 minutes before it was done. I didn’t see who moved it outside but it didn’t take very long. I understand that maybe the person that was working on it was running a little behind and that was what was taking so long but I don’t appreciate being lied to about it. More
I found a car online and went to go see them because I got prequalified. And wanted to make sure I can get a car because most places turn me down.
