I came in to have my headlight replaced, and it ended up costing me $80...which isn't bad considering I didn't have time and I needed it done ASAP. I decided to purchase an aftermarket upper and lower grill costing me $80...which isn't bad considering I didn't have time and I needed it done ASAP. I decided to purchase an aftermarket upper and lower grille and asked if they could just put it on while they had the car back there. They didn't do it, and they told me it would cost about $175 dollars and about 2.5 hours. I went home a couple hours after that and put BOTH grilles on in thirteen minutes. My question, why would it take 2.5 hours to unscrew TWO bolts, remove the old grille, and slide the grille in, and then secure it with TWO bolts? They told me that they needed to remove the bumper and all sorts of other stuff. I KNOW that they are more familiar with my car than that. It's a 2005 Nissan Altima! It's a very common car, and I'm sure they've sold and serviced plenty of them. Even if that WAS the case, I paid over $200 for the grille, and they couldn't even give me a break on the price! Seriously guys. Step it up. If you want to be a respected dealership, then respect your customers. The service department is a joke, and beyond overpriced. The employees are condescending and rude. I can't believe they even quoted me that price. You're just as bad as Brent Brown. More
I have leased several vehicles from this dealership over the years (a Quest, Maxima, Murano, and now an Altima). They have always been great to work with and have always given me an awesome deal. My daughter was looking to purchase her first car last Saturday and this was the fifth (and last) car dealership we went to. The dealership was by far the busiest we went to that day. We actually had to ask the receptionist for a salesperson to help us! She quickly referred us to Tyson Chambers and we were so glad she did! Tyson was very informative during our test drive of a 2011 Nissan Sentra. He was also extremely helpful in negotiating an incredible price for the car. He was patient and understanding as we made our decision. He also took the time to go over the owner's manual and explain things about the car to my daughter. B. Wolff was our finance guy and couldn't have been more pleasant. We were so comfortable with the whole experience and would definitely consider purchasing another car from this dealership! More
I gave such high reviews because of how helping and caring my salesman Kaifah Detoles was. He was very friendly and personable. At no point during the sales process did I feel pressured. He didn't seem like a salesmen, but more like a helpful consultant that wanted me to get the deal that was best for me. We have had a lot of problems all the way around the entire dealership with no one returning calls. From financing to Parts and service to Salespersons, to the Corporate people. We get no answers when t entire dealership with no one returning calls. From financing to Parts and service to Salespersons, to the Corporate people. We get no answers when they do call and tell us they will find out and call us back with no avail. we are so sick of their customer service that we are getting ready to try and get a meeting with the General Manager to get our issues taken care of. Never have we had to deal with people like this. they lost a sale when i needed to buy my new car. More
I was very pleased with the way I was treated. The best part of the experience was letting me take the care home and test drive it under my normal conditions. My wife loves her "new" used car and we will be back again to take advantage of your great service. Also, thanks for the educator's reward that I got yo use. Terry did a great job assessing my needs to purchase a new truck. He worked closely with Brantley and Jacob to make it happen. Initially my Son-in-law went in to purchase a truck and said "they are work new truck. He worked closely with Brantley and Jacob to make it happen. Initially my Son-in-law went in to purchase a truck and said "they are working up a good deal for me so you should also came and see what they will do for you." So I did and everyone was great to work with. I got a good fair price for my 2004 that I traded in, got the right terms and stipulations for my new truck, and I'm very happy with the overall purchase and where things will end up for me. My Son-in-law also got the deal he wanted but then when they went to give him his truck, it had the wrong interior! It started to unravel a bit but Terry and Brantley overcame the challenges and made the deal for him on another truck! They certainly did everything they could and what was asked of them to honor the deals quoted. And that's what a great dealership does. They consider the customer and what they represented and go to any length to honor that commitment. This is a unique dealership that you can work with and trust and enjoy a great relationship. For me...I've been taking my 2004 Titan to them for service and have been totally pleased at the service they have given me. But now have enjoyed purchasing a truck from them as well and am completely satisfied. Way to go Ken Garff Nissan!! Mitch McCuistion More
