We were excited to buy a new car and we got pricing on the vehicle at the dealership and when we started signing papers we found a few things that didn't look as positive as they had in the beginning but the vehicle at the dealership and when we started signing papers we found a few things that didn't look as positive as they had in the beginning but being innocent and unknowing we didn't realize then that Sean was adjusting all the numbers so that when we finally finished signing all the paperwork and looked at it more closely after we got home we discovered that we were paying about $3000 more than the posted price for the vehicle. As they say a fool and his money are soon parted and I feel like this dealership fleeced me and took unfair advantage of my inexperience and innocence. Well, I'm not innocent anymore and I may never be able to buy another new car from anyone without feeling like I'm going to get xxxxx like I was at Ken Garff Nissan of Orem. More
I had an issue with my vehicle and Denim went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. RUN, don't walk away from this dealership. We had a horrible experience, and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a used vehicle that they assured us was in great condition and wo horrible experience, and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a used vehicle that they assured us was in great condition and would pass safety and emissions just fine,(one of the employee's daughters had owned it). They said since we paid in cash we could register it ourselves. They said they'd clean it out and we could pick it up a few days later. They never even vacuumed it out. It was just as dirty as when we first saw it. When we drove away from the dealership, on an empty gas tank, no less, we noticed a check engine light on. It needed $2,000 in repairs before it would pass emissions, and we found out the entire front end had been rebuilt after a recent wreck. When we called them about that, they admitted they knew about the problems and they offered us $100 off the price. They eventually took $200 off the price. It took us 2 weeks and FIVE trips to collect the title. We originally paid with a check, but they asked for cash instead. When we gave them a cashiers check, so we had proof we paid, they said they had lost our personal check and couldn't find it. They assured us they wouldn't cash it, but when someone lies as much as they do, why believe them now? I called my bank and put a stop payment on it and issued a fraud alert on my account in case they tried to take money from my account. This experience has been an absolute nightmare and I wish I had checked online reviews, because we are not the first family they have lied to. Please do your research and buy your car from a reputable company, not Ken Garff. More
We worked with Scott and Jordan they were both very friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, they answered quickly. The cars were beautiful and the deals were outstanding. Cody helped us with the financing and he answered all of our financial questions we had so it was very easy for us to understand. While we were signing paperwork scott even pushed our kids around in their stroller so we could do it in peace. We loved this dealership and all of the staff there, we will be going there for future car purchases! More

When I returned to buy a vehicle I was again happy with being acknowledged as soon as I walked throw the door. After test driving the vehicle and telling them I wanted it it when things started going down hill. I had stopped in the previous day and filled out my credit app and had my soon to be wife call in and give them her info. We were told that if we stopped in the next afternoon we would know what we could do as far as a car went. When we did come in the next day as I said we were greeted promptly test drove our vehicle and decided on witch one we wanted. After making the deal is where things went wrong fast. First of all Our credit has not been ran as were were told it would be. So we had to wait for that to be completed and I can understand that. It is now around 6pm. After waiting for another hour and a half we were finally told we were good to go on the deal. We filled out all the other paperwork we needed to complete the deal and now we are just waiting for the finance guy to sign the deal. Noted it is now 730. There was a lot of people that had came in after us and the place was very busy. We watched people test drive there cars talk to the salesmen and make there deals. Well we are now going on 9pm and we are still waiting to sign our paperwork. As were setting waiting we see a couple of other deals be made and there deal jackets come out. It is now 930pm. We are now getting bumped back behind people that have came in behind us. All we need to do is sign the paperwork. now 10pm is here. WE ARE STILL WAITING. there is us and 2 other deals that have came in after us still waiting and a couple of people that came in after us has left with there new cars. Then the first of the too deals made after ours no goes in to sign there paperwork. We have now been tols about 20 times that we are next and should just be 5 more min. We have heard this line from 8pm on. Then the next people in the door to sign paperwork was not us. Again we got passed by. Finally at about 1040pm we get in to sign our paperwork. We complete it and go to leave in our new used car and then get told there is no way we can take it tonight because the safety and im had not been done on it. WOW really we started this process at 5pm and they just barely notice that it has not been done. I am upset at this point but I understand that things happen for a reason. The next afternoon we return to pick up our car. We are told it is ready to go. We wait, and wait and wait finally after about a hour of being told 5 more min, we are told that we did not qualify for the car..... OK I am now upset. I ask why and I get told just a min and I will find out. Another hr goes by and finally we are told because the bank wants us to trad in our other car. Well we don't want to trade it in and we are over about 2000.00 dollars of what they will finance with out the trade. OK fine. So we are told that we can get another vehicle and get financed with another company with out our trade. So we decide that is fine. We test drive a few other vehicles and find what we both like. WE make a deal again. Well this time it is another 2 hrs before we get everything set up. We get in to close the deal and sign our paper work. The finance guy tells us they will get it detailed and gassed up for us why we do paperwork. We sign and go to leave and again NO STATE INSPECTION OR IM HAS BEEN DONE so we cant take the vehicle home again tonight. Upset again but understanding We agree to have it delivered to my soon to be wife's by 1030 the next morning. Noon comes around and no car delivered. I stop by to see what is going on. I finally find Tyson and ask what is going on he tells me he has no idea and will find out. When he returned he tells me they were no able to find anyone to deliver it and I could take it now if I wanted to. OK I figure I am on lunch I will just run it down to here and have her bring me back to get my car. I wait and wait and wait again. Tyson comes by again and says there detailing it now and it will be 5 min and it will be pulled around. I wait and wait and wait were are now going on over a hr of just waiting for my vehicle to be brought around. I find Tyson again ask what is going on. He goes back and tells me they are drying it off now. Really they were washing it a hr ago. It should have been ready first thing. I wait for another 30 min for it to be dried. It finally gets pulled around ready to go. I am so excited I finally got it. I get in and the gas gauge is below empty. I go back in and find Tyson and tell him it is empty. He says we don't fuel up our used vehicles when we sell them. Well you and the finance guy both told me last night that it would be fueled up detailed and delivered to me tomorrow witch is now today. He goes in tells the sales manager I want it fueled up and he rolls his eyes says a few choice words and gives him 20 dollars to give me for gas. I am way unhappy with the way I was treated and for all the broken promises and lies I was told in this whole process. I am very happy with the deal I got but I would have paid more just for a better customer experience. I understand the new Ken Garf moto is "WE LISTEN" well maybe they should try opening there eyes and seeing to. I cant say I would recommend them to everyone I know but I can say I am happy with the vehicle I choose just not the service I received More
Had a very good truck buying experience with Terry and Ren. I let them know out of the chute what my interests and needs were, and they found a way to make the deal happen. My husband and I went into the dealership to refinance our vehicle. We were approched about a deal that if you get two new cars you only have one payment. We chose the cars signed all legal documents droped off our trade in and drove off with the cars. We thought we were finished and just waiting for the check. Come to find out 15 days later we were never approved. So we went back to get our car we had traded in only to find out it was sold. They said either pay the rest of our loan off or buy a car from them. It was rediculous and the salesmen were very rude and treated us like garbage we just bought a new car to trade in later to soneone else. After All this we find out the paper work was never even filled out. So they had no right to sell our vehicle. Looking over,the contract we found out they had voided several parts of the contract. And when we confronted them they said that the contract didnt matter. Very very shady buisness. we will never buy a vehicle from them,again and no one in our family Will. And cone to find out the reason we werent approved is because the cars were very over priced and the bank wouldnt loan on them. More

I will always recommend this dealer and these guys to everyone and frequently do. Every time I purchase a new vehicle, it will be from Ken Garff Nissan of Orem and everybody in my family feels the same. They went out of their way to help me out of a vehicle that I owned prior to this and was upside down in. Cody went out of his way to get me the best possible interest rate on my trade up. Kai contacts me all the time to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and everytime I go in for a scheduled service, Kai always takes the time to come and see me and say hello and ask if I need anything. The first time I purchased a car, he even stayed for over an hour after the purchase was complete to talk with me and my mom. Cody was the first person to get me into Nissan of Orem and I was glad to hear that he had moved into financing. He could have accepted the first offer of financing that came through, but he kept looking to find me a better rate and we loved talking more to him while we filled out the paperwork. This was my first time working with Terry and even though it was crazy busy there that day and there were several people coming in, he never made us feel like we were rushed and he really listened to what I wanted and got me into a vehicle that I absolutely love. All of the people I have worked with so far at Nissan have made me feel like I was more than a commission check to them, I was a person and they took the time to get to know me and make sure that I was happy every step of the way.
