Brian was helpful, courteous, and genuinely interested in finding just the right car that fit and was very pleased with the service that i received. Brian was helpful, courteous, and genuinely interested in finding just the right car that fit my budget. Throughout our visit, i was very impressed with his professionalism and the way that he treated me as a customer. I was so pleased with my experience that i returned the next day to buy another used car for my daughter and again asked for Brian. i would highly recommend this dealership and especially Brian Kelley to my friends and family that are looking to buy a car!! I love my used Pathfinder, but really wish I would have taken my business somewhere else! We were lied to in the process of signing paperwork and even though the dealership admitted so afterward, they rare taken my business somewhere else! We were lied to in the process of signing paperwork and even though the dealership admitted so afterward, they rarely returned calls or emails and eventually refused to fix the mistake! I have honestly NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service! Buy a Nissan, I've loved both of mine...just buy it from another dealer!!! More
Sorry, but these guys are SUPER DISHONEST. They recently sold my sister a car after telling them they had been approved. My sister and brother-in-law were honest with them letting them know that their credi sold my sister a car after telling them they had been approved. My sister and brother-in-law were honest with them letting them know that their credit wasn't the greatest and what they could and couldn't do. However, after trading in their car and being excited about the new, they were given a call a couple weeks later saying the financing didn't work out and that they needed an additional amount down on the car. It was an amount far over what they said they could put down. I've bought a few cars and never had this be an issue, even once when my financing didn't get approved, the dealership in Pleasanton, Ca. ate the difference. Not only that, but they went ahead and sold their old car. Why would they do that if they didn't know the deal would go through or not. We later found out from a dealer out of Moab that these guys are notorious for doing this. They will tell you they don't discriminate against people based on their credit, but when the financing is more, they'll have let you drive the car for a couple of weeks so you're attached whereas you could've said no in the first place. Shady and dishonest dealership. They also lured them in for the first car they were interested in and sold it out from under them which to me is tacky. We are spreading the word. Dishonest companies should NOT get business. More

I purchased a vehicle in August. The payments were higher than I wanted to spend so they told me once the vehicle was funded they would send me a check to help make the payment for a year. I told the higher than I wanted to spend so they told me once the vehicle was funded they would send me a check to help make the payment for a year. I told them great and that I would keep my already paid for vehicle until I heard that the new car was funded, because I didn't want to be without a vehicle. The end of September came and I received the check for payment assistance and I went and sold my car under the assumption the new car had funded because I had received the check. Low and behold it didn't fund and I didn't find out about it until the end of October - so I went back in and signed more papers -- The end of November came and found out that they had waited to long to send the docs to the bank and the bank was now denying the loan - so I went in again and signed new papers - only to be called back in the next day, because they put the wrong bank info on them. Now its the week before Christmas and they want tax returns and some IRS documents - I have previously sent them 5 months worth of check stubs as well a bank account information showing that I have enough money to cover the loan. I told them I was more than frustrated with all their crap and they told me to just return the car -- so now I have to return the car, I have no car, and they also have the 1000 bucks I gave them for a down payment. I have never had so many problems in my life - simply ridiculous! Also - it should be noted that I had to replace the front tires, even though the salesman told me they would because it wouldn't pass a safety inspection and had to pay for an oil leak to be fixed -- bunch of crap! I don't think I am alone when I say that I hate making major purchases because I always feel as if I am going to be taken advantage of. I do research on the internet, I comparison shop, and I hope to rea major purchases because I always feel as if I am going to be taken advantage of. I do research on the internet, I comparison shop, and I hope to really inform myself yet it always seems as if when it comes to a deal I somehow end up being the "loser". That was not the case at the Ken Garff Nissan of Orem. I truly felt as if the goal of Tony my salesman and Brantley the super kind manager was to make sure I was satisfied and that both the dealership and I would feel as if we each were happy with the deal. I can honestly say its not often in a sales situation I can look someone dead in the eye and feel he is being forthright and honest. That was the case with Brantley. We were looking to buy a used Murano which there where several on the lot but they found the right one for us at the right price and did several little "extra" things after the contract was signed that really made me feel I was being taken care of even though they had my signature on the dotted line. I will make sure to let all my family know (which is a lot here in Utah) but I wanted to tell everyone else too. Why not share a good thing. Thanks again Nissan of Orem and thanks Tony and Brantley. I would Highly Reccomend Terry for anyone interested in buying a new or used car fro really appreciated the honesty and integrity that you showed us. I would Highly Reccomend Terry for anyone interested in buying a new or used car from him. We went to buy a used 2010 3.5 Altima but someone pulled out to test drive it as we were pulling in, long story short they bought the car and we didnt. With the Manufacture rebates and some great people at Ken Garff Nissan of Orem we were able to walk out of there with a new 2012 Altima 2.5 SL for below MSRP. Thanks again Terry and the rest of the staff! More
