Very Disappointed at the Service Center My "Check Service Engine" light came on, and I just happened to have a coupon for a free diagnostic check. Those things usually take 5 minutes, but I My "Check Service Engine" light came on, and I just happened to have a coupon for a free diagnostic check. Those things usually take 5 minutes, but I didn't have an appointment, and they were really busy, so they said come back in 3 hours (understandable, since I didn't have an appointment). I can back 4 hours, they still weren't done, and made me wait another 2 hours! (6 hours to plug a machine in and check what the problem was!) (should have been my first warning sign!) They told me the problem was the manifold, and gave me a quote (reasonable, as I went to two other places). For my car though, I looked online, and a lot of other owners were having an issue, so apparently Nissan issued an extended warranty on the part. I asked them about this, and they said never heard anything, but didn't even take the time to look it up in the computer. Second warning sign. They said they had to order the parts in, and that might take a couple days, so I scheduled an appointment for the following week. The day before I was suppose to go in, I called to check if the part had come in, and they said it hadn't, but it might come the next day, so call back. I called back the next day, and they said only 2/3 of the parts were in. I called AGAIN the 3rd day, and they said still only 2/3 of the parts were in. I was getting a little frustrated at this point because I had called so many times. They called me back within 15 minutes and told me they could maybe do the repair without the 3rd part. I was a little confused about this, because although I don't know that much about cars, i didn't want them to try to cut corners on my repair. I said I would wait for the 3rd part to get in, and I was going out of town anyway, I said I would wait for the following week, and made an appointment for the following week. This time, over 2 weeks had passed since the initial inspection, so i assumed the parts would have arrived. When i got there at 9:40 (my appointment was at 9:30, so I was 10 minutes late), even though they said it was only going to be a 3 hour repair, they told me the mechanics were all busy, and they wouldn't have it done until 5PM (6PM the LATEST). I was annoyed because I was coming back and forth so many times, and had to get rides from friends each time. I wanted to get it over with, so I said okay. At 5:45, the dealership calls me and tells me there is a problem... apparently, they switched the manifold, but there was a problem with the new one, so they had to order a new. He tells me they ordered a new one (overnight), and tried to make me feel better by telling me the service center was going to cover the "overnight" charge. Of course they would! That's not something extra... don't try to patronize me! Now I'm having to make ANOTHER appointment, and I'm kind of sick of dealing with these people. I've worn gym clothes the past few times I've gone, so maybe I look like poor, and they don't treat me as a priority, or maybe they see me as a woman (and younger), so they aren't really treating me like a priority? Either way I'm really sick of dealing with these sleazy mechanics who do not view me as a paying customer. Either way, I'm very disappointed. I've decided I'm just done with them, and will take my businesses elsewhere. Be warned, they will not treat you with respect. More

This fourth car was because our son was involved in a near fatal wreck due to a dust storm near Beaver on I-15. The 2013 Altima that he was diving most likely saved his life because of the rear of the car absorbing most of the energy from a fully loaded semi going 55 miles an hour. The Ken Garff Nissan Dealership of Orem had us back in car with no hassels within hours. We strongly recommend this dealership for their deals, product knowledge and how they treat you as family. More

I had a great first time experience with the purchase of my new car. The salesman was kind and very knowledgeable of the car. I recently purchased a new car at this location and had the worst experience that I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was less than knowledgeable he showed us a Altima s tried to sell us a base mode the worst experience that I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was less than knowledgeable he showed us a Altima s tried to sell us a base model Altima because the S was not the color we wanted. When I called them on it they offered to add additional features and sell us the car for cheaper one feature they offered was cruise control seeing the base model does not come with it what they did not tell me is all the parts would be after market and they would take three weeks to get them installed. So by the time we found this out we could not return the car. We are now stuck with additional holes drilled in our new car and the dealership refuses to do anything about it. There slogan is we hear you but they don’t!!!! When I came back to complain about the cheap after market parts the sales manager straight up told me I had bought the car the financing has already gone through this was not his concern anymore. On a side note there soda was out they did not have popcorn it took them hours to find cars to show us when we told them what we would like to see and they promote a zero percent interest rate even if you have below average credit and they flat out refused to provide this when asked about it. As I state before worst experience ever I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

After briefly speaking with Kristina through phone on some options and dimensions of the nissan titan truck....she got me excited to come down and take a look at their models in person. The trucks i think can sell themselves but with a great attitude she convinced me to see what i could get. As most of us wish we could act like millionaires we tried looking at an amazing RBP edition titan, unfortunately i was brought back to reality with not being able to afford it. The numbers got the best of me until a great sales lady Kristina Smith used all of her resources and actually got me excited again about getting a titan sv. I had two little girls who were growing impatient with the waiting but between all of the sales people including Kristina they were entertained. The new deal went through and i left happy with a great new truck. Thank you Kristina Smith with your patience and desire to make me feel great about my new purchase. More

I might change my rating after my car is fixed by right now I am very dissapointed. We purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima and lately it won't start. My wife has been stranded several times. I understand cars break and although it's frustrating I can live with that. I am upset about the customer service when I requested a loaner car while our car was being repaired. All Ken Garff offord was a shuttle. Even my local auto mechanic offers a loaner and that's for work not covered under warranty. I would think after paying over $35k for a car Ken Garff would be able to provide a car to use while ours is repaired, after all the have a parking lot full of them. Dissapointed, Evan More
