Dishonest and incompetent I had a 2007 Nissan Frontier that had a factory defect with the transmission and radiator. I brought the car in at around 74,000 miles and told them I I had a 2007 Nissan Frontier that had a factory defect with the transmission and radiator. I brought the car in at around 74,000 miles and told them I was having a problem and they replaced the transmission and the radiator for free! I couldn't have been happier. That is until about 20,000 miles later I started to have similar problems again. I took the car in and explained the situation and they said the would take a look at it. $100+ later they told me that it was the same issue and that since they had already done the repairs necessary per the defect lawsuit, it would cost me $8,000 to get the repairs I needed. I took my car and left. I checked the radiator fluid myself since if it was really having the problems they claimed it was having the fluid would be a toxic soupy mess, but my fluid was clean as can be. I called them and asked how they determined the problem and they said that they couldn't remember exactly what they did but after pressing further they finally admitted that they would have either checked the fluid or just plugged in a code reader. Well I borrowed a code reader myself and guess what, no problems. I took my car to a transmission shop where they pulled my transmission apart (for free, as opposed to the $100+ the dealership charged for their so-called diagnosis) and told me that my transmission was in perfect condition. I found out that the real problem is the TCU (transmission control unit). A repair job with a max cost of $1000. So the dealer would have either charged me $8000 for a $1000 dollar job, or would have charged me $8000 to not even fix the real problem. The service team is either incredibly dishonest, or hopelessly incompetent. Oh they also kept on insisting that we just sell the car to the dealership (at the already terrible trade-in-value assessed by the dealership, minus the $8000 of "necessary" repairs of course) and buy a new car from them. Worst shop ever I took it into this shop because it broke down and it had an open recall for the fuel system and all they did is spray some noncorrosive paint around I took it into this shop because it broke down and it had an open recall for the fuel system and all they did is spray some noncorrosive paint around the broken sending unit. Then they tell me that they are going to charge me 240 to diagnose to problem that i have already had multiple shops tell me what the issue is and should be covered under the recall. Will never go here again. I also could never even reach them to find out was going on with the vehicle More

I am so impressed that even the smallest of details they take seriously...this is my 4th car with them and I will keep on coming back!! More

They helped us get into a new Altima with the rebates and deals to help cover the negative equity. Service has always been awesome even after we left. Just the other day I forgot my keys (push start) and they sent a shuttle to pick up my keys and drive them to me 18 miles away. Then yesterday I told them I need a second car but something on the cheap side, durable and low miles. They got me into a nice clean sedan and I was in and out 2 hours tops! I worked with Adam and I think his name was Matees. ( I know it's spelled wrong, sorry). But I love this place. Hands down the best I have ever done business with. More

I purchased the car from nissan of orem and specifically asked the salesman if it had been in an accident he said oh no it's fine. So I guess it's my fault for trusting this dealership.. and of course they sold me the car for top dollar and now the trade in value is 4k less than I owe. And of course they never return your calls when there is a problem. More

Had to wait a lot longer than expected, but mainly because it was difficult for the service techs to nail down the problem-- Took car in for service. Great Experience! Cory was very attentive, non-pushy, and really worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. Outstanding Service I wanted to buy a Nissan. My drawback was I live 150 miles away, am 78 yrs old & have medical issues on oxygen. I called Ken Garff in Orem & was conn I wanted to buy a Nissan. He was more than happy to help me out and set up an appointment with me. I told him what I wanted and what price I needed. By the time I got there he had located me just what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the service I received from him and the other employees involved. I was in and out very soon. He explained everything to me & couldn't have been more helpful. The people that brought me there were also impressed with the excellent service & said now they know where to go for good service. Thank you very much. More
