Great experience with Chris Edwards Chris was a great person to work with from the start. I called after seeing the car listed on KSL and made an offer on it. The car was exactly as adve Chris was a great person to work with from the start. I called after seeing the car listed on KSL and made an offer on it. The car was exactly as advertised and promised which was extremely important since I was driving from Ifaho to get it. Chris sent me a link to a personal video he made to show me the car and I liked it. I appreciated him treating me like I was important even though I was buying a used car of minor expense in the big new car market. It is sad to say but the biggest delay in getting the car was Chris wouldn't let me leave in it until it had been washed and the Windows cleaned. I am not complaining because that would be a ridiculous thing to complain about, "I am mad because they went the extra mile!" They are a great dealership that is enhanced, in my opinion, by having Chris Edwards as a salesman there. I can honestly say I have treated well by many salesman but never better than I was treated by Chris. Taken for a ride I have now purchased three vehicles from this dealership. I will not buy another. I have not been entirely happy with any of these purchases. The last straw has been my recent service experience. I was charged over $2000.00 for repairs that did not hold up. In addition they caused more issues and claimed that it could not possibly be their fault even though they had to disconnect the new problem to repair the old problem. They want another $2000.00 to correct this new issue and additional $ to fix what they were suppose to Fix previously. More
