Taken for a ride I have now purchased three vehicles from this dealership. I will not buy another. I have not been entirely happy with any of these purchases. The last straw has been my recent service experience. I was charged over $2000.00 for repairs that did not hold up. In addition they caused more issues and claimed that it could not possibly be their fault even though they had to disconnect the new problem to repair the old problem. They want another $2000.00 to correct this new issue and additional $ to fix what they were suppose to Fix previously. More

Disappointed and dishonest I went in for a alignment, and they said that the warranty would cover it, so I said go ahead and take care of it then. When I stop, the rotors still vibrate as if nothing got taken care of. I would return the car and raise xxxx and ask what they think they fixed, but right after my service, I went home. In Texas. As a woman I would go somewhere else also. I'm not sure why I stayed after being called a sugar momma, is this the brains (referring to my husband ). Very slow response to emails and many other concerns if anything goes wrong with my vehicle. My credit is amazing and I should have walked away but my diabetic husband left to get food and I assumed they would be somewhat honest even though I had stepped back in time. More
