Terrible The worst car buying experience ever !! First they wrote down wrong ssn so they couldn't get my loan approved. I got to drive the new car without any The worst car buying experience ever !! First they wrote down wrong ssn so they couldn't get my loan approved. I got to drive the new car without any payment for a month (which was fine with me). They finally figured out what the problem was BUT turned out they had sold me a car which belonged to someone else. Few weeks later they asked me to return it. They gave me a loaner car and promised they would find a new (possibly better) car for me and give it to me for the same price. After waiting for another three weeks I was told they couldn't find anything but they'd give me the original car back. so I got it back with quite a few miles added to it. Then there was a couple of calls regarding misspelled or missing information from my paperwork. Finally when I thought I was all good I get my license plates in the mail and what a surprise - they are the orange ones instead of the "ski Utah" I requested. So I call the dealership only to be told I can go down to a DMV office and have them replaced. At this point I'm really hoping I never have to deal with them again !!! More
