The worst! Took truck in to see if 2 things would be fixed under warranty and was told on phone it won’t take long. Drove 2 hrs to dealership and then was told I would have to pay 300 dollars if not und fixed under warranty and was told on phone it won’t take long. When over phone they said under warranty. Then told it would take them all day to look at truck. I said when I made appt I said I live 2hrs away and was told it would only be a few min. I didn’t make arrangements to be stranded all day. He said we have shuttle. He then said well warranties are only 3yrs. I said no when I bought mine it’s 5 or 100,000 miles. I left truck there and 4.5 hrs no word so I stopped by again bc he wouldn’t answer my text. He told me they hadn’t gotten to it. I said u still can’t tell me if under warranty??? My appt was for 11am! Well we are busy (no cars were piled up or jammed outside). I said what is plan when at 5pm u haven’t looked at truck? Not my problem. I said how do I get home? Again didn’t care. I asked to talk w manager and was told out of town. I had to walk away. I called a friend for advice and was told to get truck and go to different dealer. I walked back in and asked for truck. Magically in the 2 min I was gone my truck is being looked at. One thing was under warranty and one not. I said I have to pay 150 now? He said yes! He said it would be ready in 30min or so so I left and waited. 30-45 min later they said ready. I go back and something has changed and overly nice. Then was told my part is back ordered. I said should I call in few weeks and got run around. I said if in yr I still don’t have part will warranty cover you guys being slow and he gave me run around. I have no idea how I am gonna stomach taking it back to get fixed. Like seriously the worst service. David kept giving me run around and I know he did it on purpose. A five min deal took ALL day and I kept getting jerked around. I would advise going to somewhere else bc it is not worth the headache and stress. More
Super disappointed!! Dishonest in want they sale you! We were told if there was an issue they would take care of it. I asked several times for their 150 point inspection-- they never gave it to us, but was were told if there was an issue they would take care of it. I asked several times for their 150 point inspection-- they never gave it to us, but was promised if there was an issue they would fix. We bought the car and a couple days later noticed after washing our car it was missing the fog light, but when we went back to show them this, they told us it was wear and tear and they won't fix it. Before we bought the car, and they couldn't produce the inspection for us, the sales person even told us about a situation with another customer that had an issue with their recently purchased car that was $5,000 to fix and they took care of it. He told us to our face, if there is a problem they will fix it. Disappointed that Tyler lied to us. More

Great customer service - Sierra usually helps me and is efficient, warm and knowledgeable. Brandon, the manager, has also helped me on on occasion and has gone over and above for what I needed. Even Wilson Who drives a shuttle bus could not be any more accommodating. Spotlessly clean place. Love the peeps, place and especially my Murano S with the zero gravity seats !!! More

Tolled my vehicle to the dealership to diagnose on engine not starting, thinking it would be an expensive repair. It turned out to be a loose hose. The dealership only charged me a diagnosis fee.
