Negative stars! NEVER use this dealership! Horrible customer service! Horrible communication! Very rude service agent. Tried multiple times (to give them a few chances) and every time was AWFUL! Had customer service! Horrible communication! Very rude service agent. Tried multiple times (to give them a few chances) and every time was AWFUL! Had an apt (for a new key to be made) and when we took the car in they wanted us to leave it for the day and they would “maybe get to it that day or the next day”. I asked them what the purpose of an apt was as opposed to a walk-in. They brushed me off. Found somewhere else to do it for me for half the price. Took car in a second time for repairs (had an apt). Service agent said they would call that evening to let us know what was wrong. They never called me. I spent the next day trying to get ahold of them all day. I finally got through at 5:45. They told me what was wrong. Prices were outrageous so we decided to pick the car up. They told me I had to be there in 10 minutes or they would close and I was out of luck for getting my car back. They wouldn’t wait, they were rude and told us we had until 6 and if not they’d close and too bad because the agent wanted to go home. More

Very friendly and attentive to my needs. Explained what they were doing and what they suggested to be done on my next visit. No pressure to buy anything extra. This dealer does all the maintenance on my vehicle I'm pleased with everything they do. Even installed my new windshield wiper I had not installed.
