I was in dire need of an oil change before a trip and the dealership I normally visit (Murdoch Hyundai) turned me away for a walk in. I don’t care for the way the service department sets up their appointments, but I really do like the service department and the technicians there! I had switched appointments from Friday to Thursday and so their appointments, but I really do like the service department and the technicians there! I had switched appointments from Friday to Thursday and somehow the scheduler did not get it into the computer. My service advisor was Todd Fuller, he was very gracious and told me not to worry about it, he would work me in. I like the way they send a video to your phone about what they checked on your car that possibly could use some attention. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience thanks to Todd! More

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would! I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and was assisted by Spencer. Initially, he appeared to be helpful and worked hard to secure what seem I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and was assisted by Spencer. Initially, he appeared to be helpful and worked hard to secure what seemed like a good deal for us. Throughout our discussions, we asked repeatedly whether the price included sales tax, and Spencer assured us that it was. Under this impression, we proceeded with the purchase. However, while filling out the paperwork, Spencer frequently highlighted the subtotal but consistently avoided mentioning the final total, which included additional fees. Due to the overwhelming amount of paperwork, we didn’t scrutinize the documents as closely as we should have. Consequently, we ended up with a loan that was approximately $5,000 more than we anticipated. This experience has left us extremely disappointed. More
