Told dealership we were on our way to buy one of their used trucks and we lived 4 hours away. When we got there, the vehicle was very dirty inside, had not been detailed at all. Salesman told us it was a very clean vehicle, but when we drove it the front end had problems and it had a funny noise. They told us the mechanic had done a complete inspection and checked everything out. I'm not sure who they hire as mechanics, but they must not have a great selection to choose from or do a thorough screening. We had it looked at by a mechanic when we got home and found out that the lift on the front was broken and it wouldn't have even passed inspection. We also discovered that the 4-wheel drive did not work. The alternator also went out shortly after arriving home. Obviously, their mechanic knows absolutely nothing about trucks. The sales people did try to accommodate us with price; however, either they were not aware of all the problems with the vehicle because their mechanic lies, or they tried to pull the wool over our eyes. The financing dept. took a week to get our financing paperwork to us, and it has now been 3 weeks since purchasing the vehicle and we are still waiting for our trade-in to be paid off. Would not recommend this place to anybody. What a joke! More

This is by far the best experience we have had at a dealership and we have bought many cars over the years. To start off with, there is not the usual phony tricks, and pressure filled haggling that yo dealership and we have bought many cars over the years. This dealership did things for us that no other dealership could. They were able to get us out of our upside down situation without adding much if any to the total price of the car. We bought a 2011 Nissan Altima and got a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and kind to us and we felt like they really cared about us. they went the extra mile, and out of their way to help us to get a great deal and a car that we loved and that would work for us. There was absolutely no pressure involved, they are doing things differently and it shows. Daniel Baldwin was exceptional and very comfortable to work with and did everything to help us feel welcome and to make us happy. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Maw was a hoot and very friendly, he had a great personality and explained all the finances very thoroughly. Overall everyone there were just real people, and they took an interest in helping us, they were all very honest and. If you really don't want to "get jerked around" and just want great deals go see Daniel or Email them. That is one thing I really liked about Ken Garff Nissan of Riverdale, is that they were willing to work things out through email which makes it very easy and convenient. I had most of the details worked out before even getting to the dealership. Best Nissan dealer around hands down, give them a try you will be glad you did. I have had plenty of horrible dealership experiences and this was not even close to being one of them. This dealership has a ton of class, and make things very easy! More

We told Lawrence what we were interested in and what our budget was, and he didn't push us to look at anything else. We had his full attention the whole time we were there, and we were even able to leave the dealership in the vehicle we were interested in for an hour to eat lunch while they looked over our trade-in! He made sure our purchase was detailed and totally ready for us to drive home later that day! It was also pretty awesome to hear that the his manager was a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan like we are :) More

"Ed" the supervising salesman however was less than professional, or knowledgeable in areas that his position required. I felt he was defensive and arrogant in trying to get additional information on the incentive pricing structure that we had questions on. Which eventually require me to call another dealership and ask "myself" for the information. Mr Maw the financial manager was efficient, friendly and totally professional. More
I gave these ratings because I felt this dealership actually cared about me as well as my car buying experience. Garff nissan had the exact truck I wanted and I drove over four hours to pick it up. Everything was done so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time there and that meant a lot. It was very obvious that Garff nissan knows what they are doing and exudes confidence(in a good way.) I see myself buying from them again. More
Lawrence was friendly and informative. I left feeling he tried his best to satisfy our needs. I still left the dealership thinking what would have happend if I had gone to Salt Lake City to purchase the tried his best to satisfy our needs. If you want to get called "Ridiculous" you should go to this dealership!!! I had the worst experience and I wouldnt go back again even if they paid me gas to go there. What a joke seriously.
