We have owned Nissans for the last 8 years so when our needs changed and it was time to buy again we stopped by. Ryker was exactly what a salesman should be, he was polite and friendly and he gave us all needs changed and it was time to buy again we stopped by. We loved the Versa we nearly bought there, but we found out the next day that twins would be joining our family and that we'd need a bigger car. We were pretty interested in something another dealership had, but because of the experience we'd had at Ken Garff we weren't intimidated to go in and let Ryker know that we were almost sold on another vehicle, but that we'd still like to see what they had. He did a marvellous job showing what he had and respecting that at the end of the day, our families needs was more important then making the sell. 10 points to Ryker for his no pressure approach, when we go back in a few years for the next commuter car we'll start in Riverdale Ken Garff, and we'll ask for Ryker. We didn't find the car we were looking for in Riverdale but another Ken Garff had a car we thought we wanted. KG Riverdale was "nice enough" to go get it but we were dumb enough to sign but another Ken Garff had a car we thought we wanted. We also traded in our vehicle and they said we could have it back if we didn't like the car from the other dealership. Which we thought was fine because we would see the car in the next day or two. 3 weeks went by before we finally got the vehicle from the other dealership. Once we finally saw the car it was filthy on the inside. There was soda on the roof and melted ice cream on the back seat. It didn't looked cleaned at all. We ended up not liking it and said we wanted our vehicle back. KG Riverdale said they had sold our vehicle while we were waiting for the car from the other dealership and we had to buy a vehicle from them. So while we waited for them to find us another car they gave us the car we just said we didn't like as a loaner to drive around. That's nice they gave us a loaner but it's a car we just gone done telling them we didn't like and was dirty. We ended up buying a different vehicle from them for more than we wanted to spend and when we sat down to sign the paperwork they presented us with the paper to sign for the pay off of our truck. So they sold our truck without having a legit pay off. I feel like they tricked us into buying a car and were dishonest. We spent $25,000 and when we asked them to replace the windshield wipers they said sure for $30. One of the remotes had a dead battery and we asked them to change that, they said sure for $7. That just seems ridiculous to me that you can't even spot us $7 after we spent $25,000. We ended up going through two loaners and then finally purchased a car. All three were out of gas and dirty. We had to fill our new car up at the gas station across the street because the gas light was on and I wasn't sure how far it would make it. I didn't feel like they cared, I didn't feel taken care of, and I felt they lied to me and deceived me. We do like our 2009 Murano, but I credit that to Nissan not the dealership More

Lawrence Lucero was great. The only reason I rated our overall experience as good is because we were treated differently when another guy found out we were paying cash for our vehicle. I began my vehicle purchasing process about a month before I actually went into the dealership. I was deployed and knew exactly what I wanted upon my return. Jana worked very hard to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted using the internet as our only means of connection. Before I had even set foot in their office, she had already tracked down the car and begun the process of having it shipped. Adam was very friendly and helpful once I actually made it into the office to get the vehicle. The only problem I had during the whole process was a slight lack of knowledge in preinstalled equipment on the Altima Coupe I'd requested. In the end, this cost me as I financed the vehicle an extra $1,500 (leather seats, as it turns out are standard on manual Altima Coupes, but the mistake was realized too late.) Even after this, they made it right and I am awaiting a check cut from Nissan to refund the overage. I would still recommend this dealership. More

I had a very clear image in my mind as to what I wanted when I contacted Ken Garff Nissan. Unfortunately, my credit union financing fell through, so I was sure that I would have to give up. Lawrence Lucero invited me to complete their online loan application, and I went to the dealership to meet Lawrence on Saturday. I didn't have much hope. By the end of the day, I had approval and Lawrence had the precise car I wanted transferred from a dealership over 70 miles away. I took possession of my gorgeous new Nissan Juke that night. On Tuesday, Ethan Maw, the finance person, let me know that he had been working with the financing and managed to get a better deal than what I had signed on Saturday. He came to my house with new papers for me to sign and I got a reduced interest rate, reduced payment, and a better warranty out of the deal. These guys defy the stereotypes. They are good people. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale, UT. The focus then wasn't on the sale and this time was no different. Working with Lawrence, he was honest and cared about getting us into a vehicle we wanted and for the budget we needed. He even advised us to think about exactly what we had to have and how flexible our budget was on our first visit. Upon returning to talk with him again, Lawrence remembered my name and credentials and was very friendly once again with me, my wife, and my children. Lawrence ensured I met everyone involved with the deal, including the used car manager Grin Pearce. I had worked with Grin previously and he also remembered me and was very friendly. Even after my purchase, anytime I stop in with a question or in the need of service, the team at Ken Garff is never to busy and I am always greeted, welcomed back, and quickly helped. My experience was long and drawn-out, but in the end Lawrence pulled through. I went to the dealership 2 nights in a row and spent 2-3 hours there each night. The car I wanted was in Orem, so it was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I finally called about 4:30 pm on Friday and found out the car was still in Orem. I called Monday and the car still wasn't there, but Lawrence said he'd have it delivered to my home. Lawrence drove the car to my home in Brigham City later that evening. I was quite surprised that he thought enough of me to deliver it himself. More
