I was involved in an accident that left my 2012 Nissan Altima Sedan a total loss. This was not a fun experience, but when I knew I was going to have to replace my car I knew exactly where to go. Lawrenc Altima Sedan a total loss. This was not a fun experience, but when I knew I was going to have to replace my car I knew exactly where to go. Lawrence Lucero and Jana Christopherson helped me get into my '12 Altima and really exceeded my expectations. When I started looking at a new vehicle, I thought the best I could do was used, but Jana helped me understand the benefits I would get with a new car. This time around I contacted her and explained my situation. She felt bad about the ordeal and her and Lawrence helped me into a 2013 Altima 2.5 SL just like my previous car. They had to do a lot of legwork with the help of Grin Peace to secure the model with all the options I wanted and I really appreciated them going the extra mile. We have also gotten my wife a new Murano LE and I couldn't be happier with the service and experience I receive at Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale. More
I drove about an hour north to this dealership to find a very rare car (altima coupe). Process took only two days and after all the negotiation and long discussions, we were able to both work something out. very rare car (altima coupe). Process took only two days and after all the negotiation and long discussions, we were able to both work something out. I am pleased with the customer service and I would recommend this ken garff dealership over the other two by far! If it wasnt so far out from my neighborhood I would probably visit more often. thanks again! More

Today's experience left me thinking that Ken Garff is probably one of the most blatantly dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with. It amazes me that a major dealership would go back on a deal and jeo probably one of the most blatantly dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with. It amazes me that a major dealership would go back on a deal and jeopardize their reputation for a pathetic $650 I can't imagine a reputable business whose integrity is worth so little- I am disappointed. The Issue, the price ($4350,+ doc fees, tax, licensing for a 2001 Nissan, Altima) was agreed upon, reviewed several times, hand shakes, congratulations, high fives, paperwork filled out with SSN & signatures, car is in getting detailed, 3+ hours of time spent in dealership (called twice I agreed to offer and returned back to dealership)…- As my daughter and I cont to wait. We are told the deal "wasn't approved" (by someone who had to approve it) the price is back up $650 to $5,000. It isn't the measly $650 it is that your word is not worth sticking to- the deal you make means nothing $ is what is important. This kind of dishonest crap is why car salesmen and dealerships have the poor reputation they have. I am highly disappointed will not recommend Ken Garff Nissan to anyone I know who feels honesty and integrity are non-negotiable (which is almost everyone I know). This is sad because I bought a new Rouge from you a few months ago and felt you were fair, pretty honest, and mostly tried to do your best, the overall experience was good, which is why today I came back to get a car for my daughter. If asked for my opinion on your dealership, I would say: Do not trust anything they say. Know going in that even if they agree upon a deal it may mean nothing and you will have wasted your time. I will not be buying from Ken Garff Nissan again. Both Robert and Chris seemed honest and sincere they truly seem like great guys **I think it is the business not the salesmen, so beware and Good luck- this was my experience if you still decide to go there maybe yours will be better. I'm not the type the loves to go "car shopping" in anyway. I have a hard time dealing with most car dealers. All they want is for you to get in a car in doesn't mater if you love it shopping" in anyway. I have a hard time dealing with most car dealers. All they want is for you to get in a car in doesn't mater if you love it or not. I went to Ken Garff in Riverdale just looking and I feel in love with my car. Robert was so helpful and just wanted to find a car that made me happy. I would and have told all my friends looking for a car to go there and talk to Rodert. Now I'm just waiting to get my heated seats put in my car, then I will be one happy person. More

We liked the car and intend To whom it may concern, I was in to your dealership on Thursday the 27th to look at the Altima we had ordered MONTHS ago. We liked the car and intended to buy until we were told our 2012 Altima (which we bought from you) trade in was $14,000, almost half the value we paid a year ago. I was told that was based on NADA. I am insulted that that is how you treat what was going to be a loyal customer, that was below NADA's POOR condition trade in value. Other than a SMALL dent the car is spotless inside and out with 11k miles and we added tint and a clear bra. The quote on fixing dent was about $300. You currently have the same year and model car with less options and comparable miles for $22k (VIN 1N4AL2AP9CN408609), I understand you need to make a profit but $8k on a return customer seems a little greedy. We returned to your dealership because we thought you were fair and honest, if your vehicles lose half their value in a year than it's not worth owning. We expected to lose 1-2k but your offer was insulting. I will be sure to go online and rate your dealership accordingly on any site I can. I regret waiting so long for a car we ordered and will now have to jump through hoops to get our money back. V/r Former satisfied now insulted customer. More
Lawrence was very helpful and offered a fair price according to internet research I had done. He answered all my questions except when I asked what base the Rouge was built on. Lawrence patiently ex according to internet research I had done. He answered all my questions except when I asked what base the Rouge was built on. Lawrence patiently explained all the features of the car and While we were test driving the Rouge, Lawrence we were talking interest rates going with Nissan or a local credit union. He mentioned Nissan was competetive at 2.99%. But after dealing with the finance department, I was offered a 4.49% which I found odd. Alex was concerned that Lawrence had broached the subject of interest rates with me, and Lawrence seemed puzzled as to why I didn't get the lower rate. I felt caught in the middle. While I had a good experience with the actual salesperson, the finance department was an entirely different story. I didn't feel the patience from Alex in explaining the options. He kept crossing off and ammending prices on the worksheet he was using. That was entirely confusing. And when I delcined all the extra coverages/packages, it felt like he wanted nothing to do with me and the transaction. I still am concerned about the interest rate fiasco, and if I was given the best rate the dealership could offer me. In fact, I went in past week to get my license plates and through another question those at the desk couldn't answer, they told me I'd need to talk to the Finance Department. I wouldn't. The sales manager called me the next day with the answer. In addition, after finishing all paperwork, I went to get into the car when I noticed a huge chip in the front windshield. I felt like the dealership was going to let me drive off the lot and when I returned and told them about the chip, it would have been that I created the chip, not a previous test drive or other while "owned" by the dealership. They did replace the windshield at their expense about a week after at my place of employment. More
