Lawrence is awesome! He really took care of my needs and got me into a 2013 Nissan Altima. I love my new car, and the service I received at Ken Garff Nissan was excellent! I went to Ken Garff Nissan knowing pretty much what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I had worked over the internet with Joseph Thull who gave me a quote as I requested. I did not feel as if I was ba wanted and what I wanted to pay. I had worked over the internet with Joseph Thull who gave me a quote as I requested. I did not feel as if I was baited as I have felt with other dealers. (other dealers have refused to give me a quote without coming in). When I got to the dealer I was introduced to Robert Clark. He was absolutely great, not pushy at all yet provided information I requested as we discussed the Frontier truck I was interested in. As it came time to get an absolute price I was introduced to whom I believe was a finance manager. I was urged to buy things I was not interested in and felt the typical pushyness one would expect from a car dealer. If it weren't for the end of year incentives offerred I would have walked out at that point. This however, was just a small part of my overall buying experience. I went in with a price I was willing to pay and was able to get that price, because of dealer incentives. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would emphasize Robert and Joseph were great, (5's across the board for them). I would recomend Garff Nissan to others without hesitation. I have owned mutiple Nissans and would expect the same quality from this purchase as I have had with previous Nissans. More
We stopped in to test drive a Nissan Titan, and didn't think we could really afford one. We went to the Nissan dealership thinking we would check it out, and then see if they had something used for didn't think we could really afford one. We went to the Nissan dealership thinking we would check it out, and then see if they had something used for us to try out. They gave us such a great year-end closeout deal that we couldn't pass it up. They worked with us on financing, trading our Chevy truck in, and we drove away the same day in a brand new car at a payment only slightly above our truck that had over 70,000 miles on it. We were so happy with Lawrence and with the level of service showed to us from all staff. From the salesman, to the financing people, to the general manager Todd Snow, we were so pleased! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Nissan is the way to go!! More
My experience has always been great at this dealership and would highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. My sales associate was Tim Howell and he is an absolute great person to work with. My wife, Shari, and I had gone to a few dealers selling Fords, Toyotas, Subarus, and, of course, Ken Garff Nissan. It was very important to us to be close to a lease price that she and I had talked about. Fords, Toyotas, Subarus, and, of course, Ken Garff Nissan. It was very important to us to be close to a lease price that she and I had talked about. We had leased two Toyotas, and really liked them, but it wasn't the same this time when I went to visit the dealer. No one came up to me asking me if I could be helped as I walked through the show room. We really liked the Subaru, but the lease price was a little high. Robert at Ken Garff helped us with a test drive, then in a day or two we met with Chris Johnson and signed a deal. He was very thoughtful and professional and had the payment in the range we could accept. He also found the car we wanted at their dealership 70-80 miles away, but had it to us shortly, and with a full tank of gas. Chris was personable and has written us a thank-you note and has done the things a salesperson should do. I have been in sales with my own real estate brokerage for over 40 years and I know when someone is good in selling. Chris is good, very good. I want to thank him again for his help. I wrote a review before but apparently it got deleted. If I was helped out better it would've been a better score. But overall I'm not happy with my car, it's way over priced, doesn't go or pick up very well I was helped out better it would've been a better score. But overall I'm not happy with my car, it's way over priced, doesn't go or pick up very well. Uphill it's a joke. I tried to return it but they said there's only a 3 day return policy. I tried 3 different times to just give it back & find something else but yet wouldn't help me out. I found out I could've gotten a nice new Honda Civic or Dodge Dart or a Mazda for less than the way overpriced Nissan Versa I'm stuck with. Of course they were nice to me while I was there buying the car. But it's as if once I was gone & it was done, I didn't matter. That whole "we hear you" or "we're here to listen" stuff on the billboards is bull. I asked for a car with payments of a certain type & was stuck with a payment well over $150 more than that. I even wrote their manager an e-mail when he wrote me awhile ago to say "congrats" on my new purchase. I bought this "car" in march, not this month or the last. I have yet to hear back from anyone. By e-mail or anything. I was told my last review had a comment or response, but I saw my rate/comments must have been deleted. Which is way sad but to me, confirms my experience here overall. My car was overpriced by at least $6-$7k. I was told I'd be lucky to sell it in the excellent condition it's in, for $17k. I'm paying well over $23k overall. I could've gotten a nicer Honda, Mazda or Dodge, basically may other car but a Nissan for $7-$8k less. & actually been happy with the payments. Not get a: "Well sorry, there's nothing we can do anymore." Type of response from more than one worker there. Definitely not happy & wish I could trade this "car" for something that lives up to its hype & expectations. More
Looking for a car was difficult at every place my wife and I went, until we went to Chris at Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale. Not only was it a relaxing environment they got us into the car we wanted at th and I went, until we went to Chris at Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale. Not only was it a relaxing environment they got us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. There was no beating around the bush so to speak. Dan the finance guy was also helpful, he ensured we got the price we wanted. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would say buying a car is easy when going to them instead of the normal dealership saying every car you test drive is the one, and then going far beyond the budget you set out. My wife and I are appreciative of the service we received from Chris and Dan and in the future plan on doing business with the same people. Thank you Ken Garff Nissan, your guys made us proud owners of our new 2013 Nissan Rogue. More
I would never in my entire life recommend this place to anyone. They lied, were pushy, inconsiderate and just plain rude. They seemed friendly at first and boy was I wrong. I went in with the intention to anyone. They lied, were pushy, inconsiderate and just plain rude. They seemed friendly at first and boy was I wrong. I went in with the intention to sell my car because my payments where to high and got screwed over into a car with payments almost twice as much as my original car. They pushed us to our last point, when we said we couldn't afford it they laughed and said too late and just didn't care. Their slogan, "We hear you," is the biggest lie ever. They wouldn't even listen to us they just kept pushing the new car on us. My husband and I are now in debt and can't even afford food. I will never go there again, nor will I ever give them a positive review. They are rude, inconsiderate, conceited liars, who could care less about the people they help!!! More
This dealership is among the worst for they give false information, then at the end expect you to come up with 3 to 5 thousand dollars. I have bought several cars within the last 4 years and most of them information, then at the end expect you to come up with 3 to 5 thousand dollars. I have bought several cars within the last 4 years and most of them New, but my satisfaction is still questionable with this dealership. The Manager has reached out to me to inform me things have changed and if I was to come in he personally would take care of me. We will see when the time comes what is offered. I have waited for him to get back to me, but hasn't. This tells me what words were spoken were false. More
