Wasting my time - Garff lost a long time customer I spoke with Grin Pearce on the phone. He was friendly on the phone and quoted me a price over the phone. When I got the the dealership he was unfrien I spoke with Grin Pearce on the phone. He was friendly on the phone and quoted me a price over the phone. When I got the the dealership he was unfriendly and pushed me off to another salesman. This new salesman, Lance, used the typical "car salesman" tactics which made me feel very uncomfortable. He kept running and talking with Grin and I could never interface with him after I arrived. In the end the price was $2,000 off from what Grin quoted me on the phone. I walked away. Over the years we have purchased 12 cars from Peterson Motors/ Ken Garff in Riverdale. Garff will never see my family again. More

Horrible service and embarrassing me in front of other customers. They forget to tighten my air intake. It's been 3-4 times!!!!!! They broke my center wheel cap and didn't tell me! They promised a oil cha customers. They forget to tighten my air intake. It's been 3-4 times!!!!!! They broke my center wheel cap and didn't tell me! They promised a oil change, and forgot to add it on my car info. So when I got there, he starts naming ALL the bad services my car needs (throwing it in my face). Then says "were only humans" and I said "we'll yeah, but 3-4 times?" Come on!! I am NEVER going back there!!! I will drive 40 miles to Tim dahle Nissan in Murray or salt lake then coming here!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! More

I have given Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale, UT the rating of 5, because they exceeded all expectations. I walked in to look at a vehicle and Tim "The Marine" Howell sold me a 2008 Nissan Rogue. All in all, I of 5, because they exceeded all expectations. I walked in to look at a vehicle and Tim "The Marine" Howell sold me a 2008 Nissan Rogue. All in all, I was in the office for a total of 4 hours...in between looking at the vehicle, getting approved, and paperwork...it was the fastest I have ever been associated with. They completely blew away their slogan "We Hear You" and listened to everything i said. I drove away with a new car, and happy that I could get the vehicle I needed. I am totally behind my rating and will recommend Ken Garff Nissan of Riverdale as long as I am in Utah. 5/5 isn't enough, Thanks guys! More

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the second we walked in the door the level of service, professionalism and willingness to help was amazing. Tim was incredible. He knew literally every feature on the cars, and was more than willing to answer questions and show us how to use the features of the car. A personal thanks to Tim, we really did not intend on buying a Nissan, but Tim's knowledge and helpful actions not only convinced us, but assured us we were making a great purchase.
