Overcharged - poor services center 18 months ago we bought a 2016 Nissan truck at Ken Garth Nissan in Riverdale Utah. They took forever to process our buy and we battle back and for hou 18 months ago we bought a 2016 Nissan truck at Ken Garth Nissan in Riverdale Utah. They took forever to process our buy and we battle back and for hours on the price. WE SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY! but they kept saying "we can do better", and leave us for another half hour, then come back with nothing better. We have good credit and a trade in, and we have bought Nissan for more than 20 years. Needless to say they simply wore us down with the length of the purchase and 6 hours later we left with the truck. Needless to say it was not what they said it would be as trucks go. So yesterday we went to trade it in, its not two years old, low miles, looks like new....And what we paid $38,000 for eighteen months later books for $21,000! xxxxx and Pillaged by Ken Garth! I expect for a company to make a profit, but not all of it on my back alone. It has also been a nightmare to get it serviced in a timely manor. And they don't listen to you when you tell them what you want. I never thought anyone could change our mind about a Nissan product, but Ken Garth has. We won't buy again as we won't deal with our local dealership. So we have a truck for sale that we will have to pay down the difference and the we will be going to the Ford dealership to get service. By the way, we have owned, Datsun truck (pre Nissan), Xtera, 2 Armada's, and a Frontier, we were looking for another Armanda yesterday. HEY, Nissan Company, you just lost a life long customer!!! More

Superior service, very friendly staff Bought a new Armada Platinum from this dealership. Greeted as soon as we pulled up and were test driving within 5 minutes. Sales staff (Shaylah and Bought a new Armada Platinum from this dealership. Greeted as soon as we pulled up and were test driving within 5 minutes. Sales staff (Shaylah and Jeremy)were knowledgeable and professional as personable which made the experience that much better. Easy to seal the deal with management and got the vehicle at a price that I thought was very fair. Finance did a great job and again, We found Alex's personality to be similar to our own and so we had a few laughs while we completed the paperwork. Took a tour of service dept and then out to the spotless vehicle for delivery walk through. All in all a very pleasant experience that my wife and I enjoyed...I've purchased many new vehicles over the years and must say that this was probably the most fun of all. We walked away happy with our new Armada and we're glad to have met these great people. More
