Need better communication I had a great expierence buying our vehicle, but when it came time to take it home I was fairly dissapointed. I was told my car was thoroughly detaile I had a great expierence buying our vehicle, but when it came time to take it home I was fairly dissapointed. I was told my car was thoroughly detailed before we took it but it was clearly not. There was grass and spots all over the seats. When I went back and told them they made me feel like I was crazy or over reacting. Then there was the problem with making my down payment, I kept getting different stories on how I could make the payment. I just wish there was better communication with everyone there More
