Service bill increase with no prior disclosure 1-11-2020 My wife and I took our Nissan Sentra in for service on 1-11-2020. We set up an appointment previously to drop off our car after diagnostics were performed. We were quoted a price for the parts (paid after diagnostic to order the parts), a price for the labor, and a total price quote after the diagnostics and again when dropping off the vehicle. The service seemed fine, the staff were friendly, and the quality of the work was good. However, upon returning to pick up our car and pay for the service we discovered an addition of ~10% of the labor cost added to the bill. This 'supplies fee' was never disclosed as part of the quote after the diagnostic, was not mentioned when we dropped our vehicle off for service, and wasn't discussed until we pointed out the charge after the service had been completed. Upon noticing that our bill was higher than we were told, we asked about the additional fee and were told "Oh, that's always added and there's nothing that we can do about it." This additional fee that is 'always added as a percentage of the service' came across as dishonest and a very under-handed way to increase the bill and we will not be returning to this dealer for any future service or new vehicle needs. This was an unfortunate experience that has soured us on this dealer after previous positive service experiences. As fair warning, expect to pay an additional 5% of the quoted total bill or 10% more of the quoted labor bill when utilizing their service department (to a maximum $35). More

I like the video the technician sent me to review with me the condition of my car and what he is doing on my service. The waiting room was nice - TV, drinks and snacks.
