The service man was polite and helpful and the service didn’t take too long. However, the wash job they gave my car left it worse than it was when I brought it in. He helped me look at a used car I thought about buying it but it had old worn tires. I said I would take it if he could get new tires for free. He said he would check with his manager. Then came back and sai but it had old worn tires. I said I would take it if he could get new tires for free. He said he would check with his manager. Then came back and said we’re good to go have me fill out all the paperwork and he entered all my information into their system.Then I asked about the tires in the price and he said oh actually we can’t do the free tires. I honestly would have bought the car if they had just told the truth and not live through their teeth. Cannot be trusted. Will tell you anything to get you to buy. Honestly I wanted the car but I couldn’t support their lack of integrity. More

I LOVED the video review sent by the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle while he was performing the work. I have never experienced that. I appreciated the continual updates via text and the when the work was completed I received a phone call and a text with all the details, including the final price.
