I have never been treated so poorly and ripped off so much by any dealership in my life. We bought a car six months ago being told that it was looked at by the service department which I still fully trus much by any dealership in my life. We bought a car six months ago being told that it was looked at by the service department which I still fully trust. The sales team idea of "look at" is emissions and a car wash and then sell to the first sucker they see. After getting the car home we noticed there was a large leak from the engine and that there was no oil in the car. After fighting with sales team and a letter to corporate did they agree to pay half of the repair cost of the engine. After that repair they found that it needed a new timing gear, then after that a new engine. We knew the cost of the new engine was not worth the time so we were told that they would work with us getting a replacement vehicle to replace the one that was driven maybe 2 months out of the 5 months owning the car. The "help" they gave us was $250 for trade in on a vehicle we paid $5000 for and already put an additional $3000 in repairs tacking the remaining to the end of the loan on the replacement car. So basically the "help" they gave us was to have me borrow a car for 2 months, then give them $8000 and the car back as a thank you for being such a sucker. I will never buy a car from a Ken Garff dealership again and encourage others not to due to the poor treatment that my family received. I just wish I would have seen the fine print on their statement of "We Hear (to screw) You." More

So far it has been a very pleasant experience with my lease. My 19 Sentra had a few issues but the dealer was very professional when it came to dealing with them.
