Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale

We sold our low mileage, 2014 Nissan Leaf to Ken Garff Riverdale. We were offered $12,365, but the offer was lowered by $500 because we were told that they had to fix two tiny dents and replace tires. W Riverdale. We asked them to split the difference with us, but they refused saying that they were barely going to break even. 24 hours later our car is listed on the Ken Garff website at $16,463 - $4,500 over what they paid us. Tell me they're not making a huge profit. So much for their "integrity" in treating customers right! I'm wondering how those dents got fixed and the tires got replaced so quickly. No wonder car dealers and car salesman have such horrible reputations. Wish we knew the manager's name, but they stay hidden and let the poor sales people do their dirty work. More

Korgan Green sold my 83 year old mother almost $5000 worth of add-on products for a used vehicle -products she already has through her insurance company or just plain does not need! After speaking with Mr. Green for over a hour (when I found out what has happened) it became apparent that he was going to be no help in getting this resolved. I even asked him point blank - what recourse does she have in reference to these products she doesn't need - he just kept spouting off about how he follows the same steps with each customer (if I had $5 for each time he said this, we could bought a brand new vehicle and paid cash!). He also lied to me when he told me that these products are from a "3rd party company" and then lt it slip that this is a company that is owned by Ken Garff! This is NOT a 3rd party - but one he gets paid extra for when he sells more of their unnecessary products to little old ladies! He promised to have his Sales Manager contact me - but I haven't heard a word yet. I also did some research and found out she CAN cancel all of these products any time she wants to - so she WILL BE DOING THIS ASAP! Don't believe a word that these employees say! Double check everything and don't sign anything unless you have receive all the documents. They didn't even print any of her documents out for her - they are all lumped together (well not all) in 1 long file on a flash drive. Where are all the documents that explain what all these products are that you sold her? The Vehicle Theft Protection ays it is a productthat is installed - nothing is installed in her vehicle that will keep it from being stolen! And what is this GPS tracker that cost almost $900? She also did not get the CARFAX report for this vehicle so we cannot check to see if it had been in any accidents! What a joke - never again will anyone (that I can tell about this company) set foot on their company lot again to purchase a vehicle. They are taking advantage of people and doing it with a smile on their face. Mom walked in with $15000 cash and ended up getting a loan for double what she should have had to just because of all these add-ons! More
