It was simplistically awful, Vivian had so much attitude from the start and didn't seem to care about my problem with my vehicle and tried to get money out of me to go in her pocket. After traveling 450 miles round trip the next day my check engine light came back on and I emailed the service manager and then tried the general manager asking them to call me so we can resolve this.
