I have owned Mercedes for almost 30 years. I am new to the area. This was my initial and last visit to your dealership. Terribly impersonal (except for the cashier). I was called minutes after I am new to the area. This was my initial and last visit to your dealership. Terribly impersonal (except for the cashier). I was called minutes after dropping the vehicle off for a headlight issue informing me that the assembly needed to be replaced at an estimated and ridiculous cost of @$4800. The quickness of the call indicated that no real analyses of the issues were performed. I received no explanation as why the entire assembly had to be replaced and no written estimate. What I did receive were 3 videos of the tech examining the tires and brakes on the driver side -why? I have no idea. But nothing on the issue that I brought it in for. For this I was charged $140? More
