Amin is always amazing. Excellent, friendly, thorough service. I have been surprised by the lengths to which they go to provide service; no other dealership has ever responded the way they do. We visited Ken Garff Mercedes last weekened to test drive one of their Certified Pre-Owned SUVs. The receptionist was very friendly and smiling so was the sales person, Mr. Mike Fifield. He treated us as the one of their Certified Pre-Owned SUVs. The receptionist was very friendly and smiling so was the sales person, Mr. Mike Fifield. He treated us as their valued clients, he was very knowledgeable about their inventory and answered all our questions so well, he also seemed very honest and sincere. He made our visit very enjoyable. We were very impressed with him and Ken Garff Mercedes. About an hour before we went to Ken Garff, we stopped by Dave Strong Porsche to test drive a Porsche Cayenne S. We wanted to compare the Cayenne to Mercedes Benz ML-class. The sales guy we had there who had a very thick foreign accent was very arrogant, and not friendly at all. That helped us to scratch "porsche" off our list. We did not feel comfortable shopping at Dave Strong Porsche even if we loved the Cayenne S over Mercedes Benz ML-class. We are definitely going back to Ken Garff and buy our new Mercedes from Mr. Fifield very soon! We strongly recommend Ken Garff Mercedes and Mr. Michael Fifield. If you are hoping to have a very fun car shopping experience, visit Ken Garff Mercedes and ask for Mr. Fifield. You will never be sorry! :) More

tired to charge me twice for something I was already paying for. I will go back but I have a relatively low confidence level so far.
