It was simplistically awful, Vivian had so much attitude from the start and didn't seem to care about my problem with my vehicle and tried to get money out of me to go in her pocket. Vivian is single handil from the start and didn't seem to care about my problem with my vehicle and tried to get money out of me to go in her pocket. Vivian is single handily the worst customer service representative I've ever been in contact with. Her attitude makes you want to drive a Mercedes off a cliff I don't care if she was having a bad day I don't care. If I go to work in a bad mood I won't let it affect others around me. More

I purchased a certified used car from them out of state sight unseen. Car was just over a year old. When i received the car, Car was a mess. Not detailed, exterior damage and scratches all over. Win sight unseen. Car was just over a year old. When i received the car, Car was a mess. Not detailed, exterior damage and scratches all over. Windshield wipers were worn out needed replacement. No manual in car. Took 9 calls and 4 weeks to receive my original sales contract and loan paperwork. Still no dmv paperwork has been filed after 7 weeks. The service has been horrible and im completely unsatisfied with the condition of the car i received. I would never purchase another car from this dealership. More
