I was so well cared for. I arrived expecting to get an UBER ride home; then after the list of service items was compiled Vivian decided I would need a loaner. It took them al I arrived expecting to get an UBER ride home; then after the list of service items was compiled Vivian decided I would need a loaner. It took them almost 2 days to make sure all of the service was complete and correct. I did honestly believe that my satisfaction was important to the service staff at Mercedes Downtown.
