Worst purchase experience in the over 200 cars I've purchased in my lifetime. I flew from out of state to pick up my vehicle and the paperwork as they promised only to find out they sent the title to purchased in my lifetime. I flew from out of state to pick up my vehicle and the paperwork as they promised only to find out they sent the title to the CA DMV. That led to the CA nightmare of getting it registered. If that wasn't bad enough, they delivered the vehicle (Mercedes) with a broken AC dash vent, the driver's side control for the passenger window was completely broken, and worst of all the braking system was an accident waiting to happen. According to the documents they provided me, the brakes had previously been inspected yet they were dangerously faulty as we found out when I got back to CA and immediately took it to a lock MB Dealer. The repairs came to $6,200! Thank you MB corporate for standing behind your product. Shame on Ken Gaarf MB for such poor performance. I could go on about my experience but it just gets me aggravated. More

Overall we had a good experience at the dealership. I wish things weren't so rushed at the end when we were signing papers.
