Unbelievably awful customer service! They damaged my car ( cracked the windshield) while it was there for a simple service, then expected me to pay for replacing the windshield they dam They damaged my car ( cracked the windshield) while it was there for a simple service, then expected me to pay for replacing the windshield they damaged. Management has not responded to our complaint despite repeated efforts to get them to resolve this issue. Absolutely unacceptable! More
