I came on Saturday so there were no crowds. Garret met me at the door. He helped me before. Garret listened to me well and took notes of what my needs are for service. He also kept me updated on the progress and explained that it could take a little longer. By the time I got the car it was cleaned and he told me all things done plus a few I specifically asked.
