Everyone was friendly and helpful with no high-pressure sales, which I appreciated. They got me the car I wanted and worked with me on price. Sally was very helpful in making this deal happen, and we were very please with her service. She obviously had a lot of experience. Beth was a brand new employee to the Lexus dealer, but she was great, extre were very please with her service. She obviously had a lot of experience. Beth was a brand new employee to the Lexus dealer, but she was great, extremely courteous and responsive. Of all the new cars I've bought in my life, this was probably the best experience we've had. It was more difficult w/ the financing this time because our credit scores had temporarily dipped... but the team pulled together and made it all come together. My wife and I hare happy and grateful. We've been Ford/Lincoln customers for 20 years, but I think we are now "Lexus people". THANK YOU. More
