Wonderful buying experience with Abby @ DCH Lexus of SB Abby was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Lexus models I considered before deciding to purchase a 2020 ES350 Luxury Sedan. She was courteous Abby was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Lexus models I considered before deciding to purchase a 2020 ES350 Luxury Sedan. She was courteous and I never felt pressured. She reviewed maintenance along with information about their Service Center. Steve in Finance was great to deal with making the paperwork end of the deal a pleasure as well. Finally Mark in Customer Service ran through the entire Car from top to bottom on how to operate all of the features. I absolutely love the car and highly recommend DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara.
